The Customization
Process.     

1. inquiry + personalized pricing packet

All inquiries begin with a questionnaire to give us general information about the rentals you are interested in, your style & color scheme, and the installs you would like to preview in your color scheme/personalizations.

2. contract + retainer

Once we determine we are a great fit, we will draw up a contract to be signed by both parties. A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to officially begin the design phase and lock your rentals into our calendar. We do not begin any design work until both the contract and RETAINER are received

3. the design phase

Let's get to the design! Once booked, we will work with you on customizing your rental items with the customizations available for the rental items you have chosen. we can go through up to 3 rounds of revisions to get your finished rental looking exactly how you vision it.

4. production phase

When your finalized digital mock-up is approved, we will move your project into our production stage. Once production starts, we kindly ask that no adjustments be made to avoid additional charges or delays.

5. delivery, setup, & breakdown

whoo-hoo, it is event day! sit back and relax we will get your items set up to perfection and get them all cleaned up at the end of the night.
