Our Custom
    Order Process

1. inquiry + Consult

All inquiries begin with a questionnaire to give us general information about the style and mood of your event. After we receive your form, we can either go straight into creating an initial proposal based on your design needs. Or, upon request, we can schedule a complimentary design phone consultation to discuss your event design/aesthetic goals.

2. proposal + contract

Once we determine we are a great fit for your project, we will move on to your proposal, including a custom quote and information about the process of your unique project. Once your proposal is approved we will draw up a contract to be signed by both parties. A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to officially begin the design phase and lock your project into our production calendar. We do not begin any design work until both the contract and RETAINER are received

3. the design phase

Let's get to the design! Once booked, we will work with you on conceptualizing and designing each piece for your event/project. You will receive your first round of design concepts between 2-4 weeks from the date you sign your contract and pay your retainer depending on the complexity of the designs. 3 rounds of design revisions are included in the pricing and we will consult and collaborate with you during each round. Once all choices are decided on, you will receive a final digital mock-up before our craftsmen begin production.

4. production phase

When your finalized digital mock-up is approved, we will move your project into our production stage. Once production starts, we kindly ask that no adjustments be made to avoid additional charges or delays.

5. delivery + setup or shipping

we have two options depending on what you book: delivery + setup or shipping

for day-of-event setup clients: whoo-hoo, it is event day! sit back and relax we will get your items set up to perfection!

for items being shipped: we will make sure your items get shipped out with plenty of time to spare and are snug like a bug in their boxes to keep them protected!
